About You

  • Passionate Cyclist
  • Some experience as a bike mechanic
  • Extensive knowledge of bike technology, accessories, and parts
  • Organized and Detail-oriented

  • Develop and administer store policies
  • Manage daily store operations
  • Manage shop employees and mechanics
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels
  • Foster a welcoming/inclusive environment
  • Be a face for community engagement/outreach


  • $34k-$45k/year (based on skill level and experience)
